TELEPHONE SYSTEMS SERVICE & SUPPORT
Our telephone systems are reliable in design and manufactured to stringent standards. So why do you need support? Whilst our telephone systems are highly reliable they occasionally go wrong - we carry a range of spares and a support contract will mean that we'll quickly swap any defective unit and if yours cannot be repaired, we'll replace it.
However the main reason for support is twofold:
Firstly telephony is developing and there's a constant flow of upgrades to software; these upgrades provide increased functionality security and smooth running. We'll install them as part of a service contract.
Secondly, people: they leave, they join, they change roles and they move desks. We can help you reconfigure in these scenarios - and also provide basic assistance where you want to add extra functionality to your system - such as including a BACS facility or adding door and gate control.
All contracts can be tailored to offer the levels of support you need. This can include Remote Access Support - where we administer, repair and upgrade your system and software unobtrusively from our office.
